How to Help a New Enrollee Get Started Fast

Here’s the truth: the moment someone joins your business is the most powerful time to help them take action. They’re excited. They’re hopeful. And they’re open to stepping outside their comfort zone.
If you help them take action immediately—especially if it leads to results—they’ll build belief. That belief creates momentum. And momentum creates duplication.
Rip the Band-Aid Off
I like to ask new team members:
“When you remove a Band-Aid, do you do it slowly and painfully… or rip it off quickly?”
Most people rip it off.
So, would you rather build your business slow and painful… or rip it open for explosive growth?
Help your new enrollee take fast action. Don’t let them overthink it. Don’t let fear creep in.
Help Them Make 10 Calls Immediately
Here’s what to do:
- Help them make 10 calls right away—before doubt sets in.
- Their excitement is contagious, and people are more open when the energy is fresh.
- Help them follow up with those 10.
- Guide them to sponsor their first few.
- Then… take their new enrollee and repeat the process.
Drive Deep, Duplicate Fast
As you repeat this downline, you’ll build depth. That depth creates excitement and massive action up the chain. You’ll start to see duplication take off like wildfire.
Keep driving deeper. Help people develop leadership skills. Support them with your presence, coaching, and encouragement.
Acknowledge Every Effort
People rarely hear “great job” in their day jobs.
So celebrate action. Praise effort. Create a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
When you build community, momentum, and belief—you’ll be amazed at what your team becomes.
