When taking on on a career in network marketing you will very quickly work out that you need to hone the skill of sponsoring people into your business.
Know that it's not all about you, it's about them and how you can help them reach their goals.
Once you learn to move your thinking from what you can get, towards what you can help your prospect achieve, your business will take off.

The Second Key Ingredient To Sponsoring People
As a recap in the video 1 yesterday, people join you not your company. If you have not spent the time to build rapport then your prospect does not know, like and trust you then you will get the “I need to do my research” or “I need to think about it” objection. Every Time.
In other words, they like the look of your opportunity but they are not sure about you, your credibility, your leadership skills……
If You Don't Know This You Will Not Sponsor Them
If you do not know your prospects core problems or life dreams, you might get lucky and guess one or two but more likely, you will not sponsor them.
Note, there is no point “convincing” anybody as you will be seen as a salesman and even if the join, they are doing so to get you out of their face. They will not duplicate.
Make a friend, share some of your dreams and desires in life and they will in return share theirs. Have a genuine goal to find a way to help, because if you help enough people get what they want, you will have what you want.
